THE HANGAR ELEVATED

A bespoke space for all your collectibles.

In a world of NFTs and digitalization, collectibles are seemingly becoming intangible. Nevertheless, the interest in classic showpieces isn’t going anywhere. This hypothesis has been consistently proven by The Hangar Group, which debuted and sold out its 41 privately-owned suites for luxury automobiles in Riviera Beach in 2019, followed by a West Palm location in 2023 where the asking price for one of the 68 individual hangar suites—ranging from 1,591- to 4,502-square-feet—topped out at $1.6 million.

Never shy about its plans for expansion across the state and beyond, with teased upcoming locations in Boca Raton and the Hamptons, The Hangar Group revealed its newest property located in Miami. Deemed The Hangar Elevated the plans to begin pre-construction sales will begin by the end of the year.

“Miami needs a secure location for high-end car collectors to keep their vehicles that luxury condos can’t provide,” shared founder and CEO Scott Cunningham. “There are limited desirable storage solutions for automobiles in Miami, and we are the only one in this location between Brickell, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove offering owners 24/7 access to their vehicles.”

As with its sibling properties, the intention extends far beyond luxury vehicles. The Hangar Elevated will sell exclusive loft-like units, some with 18-foot ceilings and mezzanines, that permit owners to customize every detail and display an array of valuables. According to Cunningham owners often store and display rare art and premium wine. “They create a private social space within the unit, and it is a lifestyle solution for friends and family to enjoy these collections,” said Cunningham.

Beyond their personal hangars, owners gain access to private events, as well as the opulent amenities and community spaces throughout the 100,000-square-foot building. Perhaps the most anticipated space at The Hangar Elevated is its rooftop lounge that features meeting rooms, lounge areas, golf, and driving simulators ideal for building a community of owners.

The Hangar Elevated in Miami is likely to offer 60 individual suites ranging from 1,200- to 2,000 square feet with an official opening scheduled for the end of 2025.
