PREPPY WITH EDGE
Miami Design District has recently welcomed a Ralph Lauren boutique to its growing roster of esteemed brands. The store boasts quintessential Ralph Lauren aesthetics with a meticulous curation of the brand’s luxury labels – Men’s Purple Label and Women’s Collection garments and accessories. The brand also uses this new concept to integrate digital features. Foe example Ralph Lauren partnered with Poolsuite, a Web3 community, to create a unique NFT for its members. Users of Poolsuite’s Grand Leisure collection can also dress their ‘Leisurist’ avatars in digital Ralph Lauren looks with the newly released RL-3000 Avatar Upgrade System. Through collaboration with BitPay, this location will also serve as the first Ralph Lauren store to accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment, making this preppy epicenter as cutting-edge as it gets.

FOUR SEASONS

Inspired by nature’s glorious transformations and ephemeral beauty, Gucci has unveiled Allegoria, a metaphorical journey through the changing seasons, with shimmering chapters devoted to Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. In the episode inspired by Spring, one necklace showcases a 161-carat cushion-cut pink tourmaline set on a chain with 72 fancy tourmalines. In the summer lineup, a golden mandarin garnet forms the center of a diamond bloom. Autumn brings together stones of much gentler persuasion in muted russet, apricot, and saffron tones. Cooler hues dominate the section inspired by Winter, with exceptional opals at the center. The collection pays homage to the Art Deco period by using European-cut antique diamonds and stones, making Gucci’s Allegoria the most remarkable assembly of gems.
