How many years have you been a Realtor? Almost 20 years.
What is your favorite property sold and/or work experience? My first year in the business when I received a call for a rental listing in Coral Gables which ended up converting to my first commercial sale. This taught me to never overlook deals no matter how small and to build good relationships with my clients.
Do you work mostly with sellers or buyers? I am more of a listing agent and work with sellers but my team works with both buyers and sellers.
What sets you apart from other Realtors? I graduated from FIU with a degree in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation. Before becoming a Realtor I worked as an accountant so that knowledge and getting my clients top dollar is what sets me apart from the rest.
What’s the biggest real estate trend you are seeing right now? I noticed in 2020 when many were working from home that informative videos really started trending. That is still going strong. I think it’s a great way stay informed by texting those to potential clients. I think it’s a great way to get information and knowledge out to potential clients.
Where do you work? I personally specialize in Coral Gables and my team covers all over South Florida.
Do you work mostly with single-family homes, condominiums or land? Single-family homes.
