How many years have you been a realtor?
15 years! I started as Ashley Cusack’s assistant and about 8 years ago, left that role to pursue my career as an individual agent.

What is your favorite property sold and/or work experience?
7416 SW 49 Place was sold this year, and one of the most special moments in my career. I will never forget selling that once-in-a-lifetime property.

Do you work mostly with buyers or sellers?
My business is split almost equally between buyers and sellers. I take my “sphere” very seriously, so it’s all about who I know. I want to work with people who know me, so whether they are buyers or sellers doesn’t matter. It’s all about the relationship.

What sets you apart from other realtors?
I think what has set me apart is my creative use of social media to market myself. I was early in the world of using video in this business, and it has absolutely served me well. In addition, I am not shy to ask for help when I need it, or reach out for advice from other agents in this field.

What’s the biggest real estate trend you are seeing right now?
I definitely see more and more realtors turning to video and social media as pillars in their business than ever before! For me, it’s been tremendous. I’m at @lynleyresidential on Instagram with more than 3,500 followers, and my YouTube channel does very well too: www.lcrealestate.tv

What neighborhood/area do you specialize in?
I work the neighborhoods from Palmetto Bay all the way up through Brickell and west to Kendall. But most of my business is in Coral Gables and South Miami. That’s just where most of my sphere is, and I work wherever my contacts are!

Do you work mostly with single-family homes, condominiums, land, etc.?
Because the areas I work the most are primarily single-family home neighborhoods, that’s what I work with the most. I have sold my share of condos, but the lions share of my sales continues to be homes.
