As a top-ranking real estate producer, Jennifer Price is an expert in all areas of Miami but calls Pinecrest her home. I’m a proud Pinecrest resident and have lived here for over 20 years. I knew this would be a special neighborhood to raise my kids. Honestly, you have the best of the best from the five top supermarkets, two of my favorites being Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Every activity for kids of all ages, fabulous restaurants, parks and recreational places are all at your fingertips.”
FOOD WISE
“I love Peruvian food and my favorite place is Dr. Limon. They use the freshest ingredients from local farmers and the presentation is outstanding. Adan and Luis are my favorite servers. Once a week my daughter and I go there for dinner and create memories we will always cherish. Our favorite dish is Diagnostico Reservado Ceviche mixto. Also I love the dry corn “canchita” and shot of ceviche juice that are served complimentary.”

“Pinecrest Farmers Market makes Sundays a special treat. This is one of the best markets in the city, and it attracts people from all over.”

“We have over 12 schools, both private and public. My children attended Pinecrest Elementary, which blessed us with lifelong friendships. My daughter is a freshman at Palmetto High School, named a blue-ribbon school of excellence. A fun fact, Jeff Bezos and other very successful people graduated from this school.”

“Pinecrest Gardens is a special landmark, which focuses on historic preservation and features over 1,000 plants and palm trees. The park’s amphitheater hosts concerts and festivals throughout the year. I brought my kids here when they were little almost every weekend to enjoy the beautiful grounds and play area. We still talk about those outings.”
