KEY TO HAPPINESS

Giulietta Ulloa’s success as the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty’s Senior Vice President is a sum of many parts. A twenty-year Miami resident, the top half of the top 1% of Real Estate agents nationwide, and a polyglot fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, Ulloa’s knowledge of the market is unprecedented. A Key Biscayne enthusiast, she is quick to point out the many extraordinary attributes of one of her favorites Magic City areas. From Zumba to ceviche, here is her map to Island Paradise.

THE NUTSHELL / My favorite place in the world and also my primary Real Estate market expertise is Key Biscayne. I love it here because this is a paradise island and fits everybody’s needs. If you like sports, water sports, and nature, if you have kids of every age, this is an ideal place to live. This is the place if you like walking on the beach or are looking for peace and safety.

THE HANG / You will most likely find us dancing or boating in Key Biscayne. I like to kayak, too. There are excellent dancing studios for Zumba, Flamenco, ballet, and gymnastics. THE BITE BIT / Our favorite place to eat here is The Key Market. It has delicious Peruvian food. We also have excellent Japanese and Mediterranean restaurants, such as Kazumi or Costa Med.

THE OUTDOORS / The place to truly enjoy the best of nature is at the Bill Baggs Cape Florida state park. It is located on the southern tip of Key Biscayne and has beautiful tree-lined trails to walk or bike. You can even visit the park by boat and anchor overnight in the No Name Harbor for a fee. The beach here was ranked one of the country’s top ten beaches. It is a great place to relax and soak up the sun or to enjoy over a mile of an open beach, perfect for swimming.

THE ARCHITECTURE / If you are a fan of architecture, be sure to check out the Cape Florida lighthouse built in 1825. You can also admire the floating homes of Stiltsville. THE GEM / The view from our listing in Oceana Key Biscayne is to die for and encompasses the sparkling city and beach views through floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces. This all-inclusive building offers a grand pool and exercise pool, beach services, an al-fresco beachfront restaurant, a tennis court, a gym, and a spa with a volleyball court on its 500-foot private beach.
