How many years have you been a realtor?
I have been a realtor for 17 years and have worked in the industry for almost 20 years.
What is your favorite property sold and/or work experience?
I have enjoyed seeing the power of “following up”. My highest sale to date is a 10-acre parcel of vacant land which I recently sold off market. I listed the property in 2014. Several interested buyers came around but no one bit. Eight years later, during the pandemic and while tech companies were running, not walking, to South Florida, I followed up with individuals who expressed an interest in the property and ultimately finalized the sale. There is now an Amazon distribution center on the site.
Do you work mostly with buyers or sellers?
It is close to 50/50. I am a full service real estate professional. I work with professionals and other investors in the community and help them with all aspects of their real estate portfolios. This includes helping them find and/or sell their next home or investment property. I am always on the lookout for a deal and keep my clients in the loop. They become family and I am very proud of that.
What sets you apart from other realtors?
Experience, Market Knowledge, Trustworthiness, and Professionalism. I’ve been mentored by some of the best in the real estate industry. That mentorship has ingrained in me a well-rounded experience with residential and commercial sales along with the construction aspect of building a home. The needs of my customers are my priority and I respect their assets/ investments as if they were my own. I have a double major in Marketing & International Business and obtained a Masters in Business Administration. I am a positive and optimistic person and have been told those attributes make what can otherwise be a stressful process, enjoyable!
What’s the biggest real estate trend you are seeing right now?
Real Estate prices seem to have stabilized. Young families who were beginning to worry about being priced out of real estate in South Florida, are becoming cautiously optimistic about their abilities to afford to live in the communities that they grew up in.
What neighborhood/area do you specialize in?
I specialize in luxury waterfront residential property. I have sold in nearly all of the waterfront communities in Coral Gables but the majority of my sales have been in Gables by the Sea – I grew up there and my family and I are avid boaters. You can also find me all over town, especially Pinecrest, High Pines, and South Miami, serving my clients!
Do you work mostly with single-family homes, condominiums, land, etc.?
Mostly single family homes. I can find you a good land deal, as well.
