Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty held its annual awards event, SUCCESS 2024, hosted by Ron Shuffield, President and CEO, and Sherrie Porter, SVP and General Sales Manager, at the iconic Rusty Pelican located in Key Biscayne, Florida. The venue with its stunning waterfront views and the Miami skyline were the perfect backdrop to celebrate and honor this year’s Top Achievers and also commemorate the company’s 60th anniversary. To additionally honor and recognize its Top Producers and their 2023 successes, EWM brought together its Chairman’s Club for its annual lunch at Joe’s Stone Crab a week later.

Behind every success, behind every extraordinary accomplishment, there’s a hero. This year’s 2024 Sales Convention theme – HERO – was about celebrating the greatness within our agents and those they inspire around them. With 4500 real estate professionals from across the globe gathered in New Orleans, Louisiana on March 10th, it was a great chance to connect and be inspired. EWM’s exclusive Kick-Off Soiree provided its Associates and Leadership Team a chance to meet up prior to the conference where attendees would network, attend educational sessions and celebrate the successes of its worldwide network.
