His mega-popular Instagram account @MonsieurCoupet is a showcase of eye candy that is his meticulous take on men’s fashion, interior design, travel, dining, and more. Having collaborated with iconic brands like Chanel, Fendi, and Boss, Coupet produces exceptional editorial campaigns and capsule collections that exude his vision and high-octave creativity.

WHO INTRODUCED YOU TO FASHION? My mother is responsible for most of it.
WHAT’S THE BACKSTORY OF YOUR MONIKER? Coupet is my last name. My father used to take my sisters and me to his office each summer. He was referred to as “Monsieur Coupet.” I remember observing how well respected he was and saying, “When I become successful like my dad, I would also be referred to as Monsieur Coupet.” Fast forward to 2020, during the pandemic, I decided to finally start an Instagram blog focused on menswear and lifestyle and use that name. The rest is history.
WHO IS YOUR STYLE ICON? Kanye West circa 2000-2015. His style was effortless, unapologetic, yet stylish.
WHAT INSPIRES YOUR STYLE MOST? I love building a wardrobe based on nature and elements.
IF YOU WERE TO WEAR ONE DESIGNER FROM HEAD TO TOE, WHO WOULD THAT BE? Giorgio Armani, eyes closed. Mainly due to the craftsmanship and the timeless, chic aesthetic he is known for.
A PIECE YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT. My Bottega “cassette” bag. And my favorite item in my closet has to be my new grey Fendi Coat. It’s different from any coat I’ve owned.
WHAT’S ONE TIP YOU WOULD GIVE SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO UPGRADE THEIR WARDROBE? One simple tip to upgrade or transform one’s style is to build an inspo-board. Pinterest is one of my favorite apps that I still refer to when searching for inspiration. Building a whole new wardrobe can feel overwhelming. I’d recommend sticking to a specific color palette, in my case, a neutral one. It simplifies the shopping experience and the getting ready process.
GO-TO SHOPPING SPREE SPOTS IN MIAMI? Bal Harbor Shops, Miami Design District, and Aventura Mall are my three go-to’s.
FAVORITE WEATHER TO DRESS FOR? I prefer spring and summer weather. Although a nicely layered outfit during colder months can be fun, too!
